Powered by a Van Dyne Engineering turbocharged 2.2-liter DOHC Chrysler de-stroked to 2.0-liters, it runs in the the G/Blown Gas Coupe class. Principal driver is Jere Teepan but Stuart Bassett of USAutomotive also drives and went 189 mph at Bonneville in August 2016. In May, 2016, Jere set the El Mirage record at 184.075 mph.

This one-off 1985 Shelby Dodge Daytona is not eligible for records and therefore runs Time Only. It’s powered by a 2.0-liter DOHC Chrysler 4-cylinder and runs about 150 mph. Principal driver is Ron’s wife Dianne but it is also used for driver training and guest drives. For example, Lord March (of the Goodwood Festival) and his son have driven it. In 2016, Geoff Stilwell of Beech Underwriting Services got behind the wheel to make his rookie runs.
